MIC- Vitamin B12 Injection

Methionine, Inositol, Choline & Vitamin B12

What are the benefits?

This powerful formula contains amino acids and essential nutrients which are essential to properly metabolize fat and flush it out from the liver. This injection also helps to lower cholesterol and reduce the risk of clogged arteries. The combination of Methionine, Inositol, and Choline also assists in the redistribution of body fats and transporting fats into the bloodstream.  Vitamin B-12 has been found to help metabolize fats and increase energy, as well as helps boost metabolism while suppressing hunger.

Methionine

Methionine is an essential amino acid that cannot be manufactured by the body so it is important to be added by the diet or as a supplement. Because methionine is the only amino acid that contains sulphur, and sulphur compounds have a multitude of functions, it plays a key role in your health. It also synthesizes other proteins, dissolves fat and reduces the deposits of fat in the liver.

Another benefit of methionine is it aids in the formation of healthy cartilage in the joints.  Because this process requires sulphur for its production which cannot be taken directly, Methionine can indirectly increase the levels of sulphur.  This not only stimulates the formation of cartilage, but it also reduces inflammation and pain.

Inositol

Inositol can be found in lecithin and can help to emulsify fats. Normally it is stored in the body, but drinking lots of coffee can deplete the supply. Inositol can be found in the whole grains, wheat germ, most citrus fruits, lima beans, cantaloupe, raisins, brewer’s yeast, unrefined molasses, peanuts, cabbage and liver.

Inositol can:

•    Aid in weight loss
•    Help redistribute body fat
•    Promote healthy hair and skin

Inositol has also had some success increasing the nerve function in diabetic patients who have pain and numbness due to nerve degeneration.

Choline

Choline is very important to the brain, especially regarding memory and reasoning. It is estimated 90% of the population does not get the recommended amount of choline through diet. If choline levels are low, it can negatively affect memory retention, difficulty in focusing and even affect your mood. Choline intake is especially important later in life as levels naturally decline.
Benefits can include:
•    Increases memory function
•    Improves learning
•    Reduces brain fatigue
•    Better focus & concentration
•    Boosts mood
•    Improves sleep
•    Prevents headaches
•    Reduces ADHD & ADD symptoms

Vitamin B12

As mentioned earlier, Vitamin B12 is important for metabolism. It also helps to form red blood cells and maintain the central nervous system.  If your B12 levels are too low, you can experience fatigue, weakness, tingling and numbness in your fingers and toes, a sore tongue, difficulty walking, mood changes, or even memory loss.  Although most people are not deficient, some over 50, vegetarians (B12 is derived from meats), people who suffer from Crohn’s or Celiac disease, or those who abuse alcohol are more vulnerable to low levels because of diet or absorption issues. Is it safe?  B12 is water soluble, so your body only uses what it needs and does not build up any toxicity.
